Our programme of entertainment and events includes all sorts… We bring you great live music, poetry, plays, performances and open mic evenings. We even roll out the big screen to show local football matches and specially selected films
Best of all, entry to most of our events is totally free (but we’ll always be sure to let you know if there’s any charge for special events)
VEGETARIAN SUPPER CLUB – 7.00 pm until 9.00 pm
This week is National Vegetarian week, so we’re doing our bit by having a brilliant selection of delicious and nutritious vegetarian specials.
Providing a bit of acoustic atmosphere and ambiance for the evening will be the fantastic Chris McIntyre of Silent Sleep.
“ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST” – screening at 8.00 pm
This week’s Brink Film is the classic “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”, directed by Milos Forman and starring the always-incredible Jack Nicholson.
Based on Ken Kesey’s 1962 novel, the film tells the story of rebellious Randle McMurphy (Nicholson) as he tries to rally his fellow psychiatric hospital patients against the oppressive Nurse Ratched.
KIDS’ CHOCOLATE WORKSHOPS – from 1.00 pm until 5.00 pm
An amazing opportunity for kids to learn how to make (and taste!) chocolate. Hosted by the esteemed chocolatiers of The Chocolate Cellar, there will be three hour-long workshops throughout the afternoon…
We’ll also be providing delicious drinks to wash down all that lovely chocolate, and a chocolate-themed quiz!
